### Is it good for character or plot notes?

It is good for thinking about them. For structured outlining with folders and corkboards, keep using your usual tool alongside it.

### Will my unpublished work be used to train AI?

It cannot be. Your words never leave the machine, and there is no AI feature inside the journal at all.
